The 2025 Outlander 1000 has a new engine and clutches. With stock tires it works quite well in stock form. Adding oversized tires hurts performance and can be harder on drive belts without proper re-calibration of the CVT system.
The DBO 1000-25 kit is a cost effective kit designed for larger tires.
It offers improved belt grip and superior acceleration. Enhances “back Shifting of the belt” to lower clutch ratio when the vehicle senses load in mud or soft terrain.
The kit includes a new spring, a machined primary spring seat, and a custom machined spring seat washer for the secondary clutch. This kit works together to calibrate properly for the gearing created from the larger tires.
