APT

Optional two piece* construction made to bolt into the 2012-2015  Procross applications. Some clutch tuners like having lots of tuning options. For those that tune with multiple helixes, this may be a more cost effective option. The user can purchase one cover and can use it with multiple APT helixes. Once a DHC-200 cover is bolted on, this assembly is the same as a one piece helix and you use the same factory plastic spring washers as a stock or Dalton AP model helix. Solid billet construction and the quality you expect from Dalton.

Dalton does not offer any torsion spring conversions. The Dalton "APT" helixes do work with some aftermarket torsion cover/kits but not all. If you are unsure contact us, as helixes are non returnable once they are cut.

Helixes of this type are designated "APT" before the angle for the part number.

Example: APT 48/42, or APT 48/42 P (progressive)

These are cut similar to the factory helix, multi angles are blended and have less duration of the first angle, the second portion is more dominant and is a straight angle. (Always use complete part number when ordering) *Use APT instead of AP before the part number if you want to refer to the tubular type helix.

This is full progressive cut. There is no straight portion, a full progressive curve starts at one angle and finishes at the other. (always use complete part number when ordering)
